How to convert JPG to APNG?

Instructions for Converting JPG to APNG
APNG supports full-color images, transparency, and partial transparency, allowing for higher image quality and more complex animation effects. Unlike GIF, APNG supports transparency through an alpha channel and can include a larger color palette. It also supports higher frame rates and more complex animation sequences.
