How to convert PNG to APNG?

Instructions for Converting PNG to APNG
APNG supports full-color images, transparency, and partial transparency, allowing for higher image quality and more complex animation effects. Unlike GIF, APNG supports transparency through an alpha channel and can include a larger color palette. It also supports higher frame rates and more complex animation sequences. Since PNG does not support animations, using this APNG converter will only convert the PNG image into a static APNG image.
